According to article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03, with reference to the data that concerns you, or data obtained by you within our business, we inform you that:

- These data are collected and processed to provide the required accounting and tax fulfillments related to our business and contractual relations with your company;
- Through the use of manuals, the data are processed lawfully and in accordance with standards of fairness and confidentiality, and however in compliance with the decree 196/03, using manuals and computerized and telematic tools;
- It should be noted that the requested data are optional but necessary for the execution and maintenance of the contractual relationship, as well as for the proper management of all that can be derived from the business relationship with you in place (orders, invoices, etc.). The non-conferment could make impossible to maintain in full or partially the business relationship with you.

Please also be advised that the information may be disclosed:
- To processors identified by the holder (administrative office, technical office, etc.);
- To third parties that may perform tasks on behalf of the company (tax obligations, management information systems, network sales, credit insurance, credit management and recovery of claims, etc.);
- To banks for the management of receipts and payments arising out from the execution of the contracts;
- Persons required by law.
Any other data processed may concern information from public registers, lists or records available to anyone.
In relation to this processing, you can exercise your rights under Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03, including, in particular, the right to know your recorded data, to obtain the cancellation when permitted by law, updating, rectification or integration and to oppose to specific processings.
We consider ourselves therefore, authorized to use your personal data for the purposes and within the limits of the above, until otherwise notified by you, to be sent in writing.
